What we text you, how often, and how to stop it.
The program
HANDY TEAM sends text messages about the job you asked us about: confirming your free estimate, scheduling or rescheduling a visit, letting you know a technician is on the way, and answering questions you send us. We text you only if you asked us to — by ticking the consent box on our estimate form, or by texting us first.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on your job. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase — you can get an estimate and hire us without ever agreeing to a text message.
How to stop, and how to get help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and we will not text you again unless you text START to opt back in.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
