Where We Work

One Local Team on Both Sides of the Columbia

Don't see your city? Reach out — we may still be able to help nearby.

HANDY TEAM PRO is a small local handyman team working both sides of the Columbia River: Portland Metro on the Oregon side and Clark County on the Washington side. It is the same crew, the same upfront pricing, and the same process wherever you are — send a few photos of the job, we'll call back within 30 minutes during business hours with a clear price, and most work is scheduled the same week.

Every city below has its own page with the services we do there, local pricing, and answers to the questions that come up in that kind of housing — plaster or drywall, original windows or new construction, city permit desk or county.

Handyman Services Across Portland Metro, OR

Ten cities on the Oregon side, from the pre-war bungalows of inner Portland to the newer subdivisions of Hillsboro and Happy Valley. The housing stock changes how a job goes, so each city page says what to expect before we arrive.

  • Portland, OR — homes here are a deep stock of pre-1940 bungalows, foursquares and Old Portland four-squares, with condos and newer infill closer in; we're regularly in Alberta, Hawthorne and Sellwood.

  • Beaverton, OR — homes here are mostly 1970s-to-1990s subdivisions, townhomes and apartments, so drywall over standard framing is the norm; we're regularly in Cedar Hills, Murray Hill and Five Oaks.

  • Hillsboro, OR — homes here are heavy on newer construction along the tech corridor, much of it already wired for data; we're regularly in Orenco Station, Tanasbourne and AmberGlen.

  • Gresham, OR — homes here are a mix of mid-century houses and 1980s-to-2000s east-county subdivisions; we're regularly in Rockwood, Powell Valley and Gresham Butte.

  • Tigard, OR — homes here are largely 1970s-to-1990s ranches and two-storeys, plus hillside builds up toward Bull Mountain; we're regularly in Bull Mountain, Summerfield and Metzger.

  • Lake Oswego, OR — homes here are a mix of older lakeside houses and larger custom homes, with masonry fireplaces and tall great-room walls turning up often; we're regularly in First Addition, Lake Grove and Mountain Park.

  • Milwaukie, OR — homes here are full of pre-war bungalows and mid-century houses, many still on their original wall surfaces; we're regularly in Historic Milwaukie, Ardenwald and Island Station.

  • Oregon City, OR — homes here are some of the oldest housing stock in the state, much of it on the bluff and on steep lots; we're regularly in McLoughlin, Canemah and Park Place.

  • Happy Valley, OR — homes here are dominated by 2000s-and-newer builds with open great rooms and tall feature walls; we're regularly in Eagle Landing, Scouters Mountain and Mt Scott.

Handyman Services in Clark County, WA

Six cities and communities on the Washington side, from Vancouver's older core to the new construction in Ridgefield and Battle Ground. Hazel Dell and Salmon Creek are unincorporated, so permits there go through Clark County — the city pages cover that too.

  • Vancouver, WA — homes here are split between mid-century ranches near the older core and newer subdivisions out east; we're regularly in Uptown Village, Cascade Park and Fisher's Landing.

  • Camas, WA — homes here are split between older houses near the historic downtown and newer hillside construction; we're regularly in Prune Hill, Grass Valley and Downtown Camas.

  • Washougal, WA — homes here are a mix of older in-town houses and newer builds on the hill and river side; we're regularly in Downtown Washougal, Washougal River Road and Hathaway.

  • Battle Ground, WA — homes here are mostly newer subdivisions, with acreage properties and outbuildings once you get outside town; we're regularly in Downtown Battle Ground, Meadow Glade and Cedars.

  • Ridgefield, WA — homes here are among the newest around — much of the town has been built in the last decade, on fresh drywall and modern framing; we're regularly in Downtown Ridgefield, Pioneer Canyon and Taverner Ridge.

  • Hazel Dell, WA — homes here are largely mid-century ranches and 1980s houses along the Highway 99 corridor; we're regularly in Hazel Dell North, Hazel Dell South and Lincoln.

  • Salmon Creek, WA — homes here are mostly 1980s-to-2000s subdivisions, with newer building near the WSU Vancouver side; we're regularly in Felida, Mount Vista and Pleasant Highlands.
